The six workshop tracks

Three hours each. Recording included.

First Observer certification. Recognizing the early indicators of harm in a workplace, developed alongside Dr. John D. Byrnes and the Center for Aggression Management. Aggression is trackable — it moves through observable stages, and a trained observer can see them and knows who to tell.

If you want to broker this

Fifty percent.

Anyone can introduce people to this work and be paid for it. You do not need a licence, an interview, or a contract to start — you need people who trust you. This is the entry point, and it is where the internship begins.

50% on courses and educational programs, up to $500 per sale.
Cohorts are separate — a convener who brings six to fifteen leaders together carries 30% and co-hosts the room.
You introduce and convene. We teach, deliver and support.
You get your own version of this page, the documents above, and print-ready cards and flyers.
Partnership — joint delivery into a company under a million: you keep 70%, we retain 30% for the process improvement work.

We are looking for people who can hold a real conversation and are not timid about asking for one. You will need a computer, not just a phone — the sessions run on Zoom and the work happens on a screen.
